Meet the CEO

Courtney Joly-Lowdermilk, M.S.Ed., is a published author, researcher, and educational entrepreneur. She has led the implementation of over 20

evidence-backed interventions across the country. Her work helps organizations resolve friction through meaningful role architecture.

REACHing Educational Leaders

For decades, I worked closely with many hundreds of individuals in educational settings. Across roles, institutions, and communities, I've heard a familiar refrain: high-achieving individuals navigating unnecessary relational friction, unsustainable pace, and burnout.


These struggles were not because of a lack of caring or capability, but rather a lack of role clarity. When roles and responsibilities are unclear, decision-making slows, autonomy and accountability dissolve, and collaboration halts. This can leave leaders overworked and overwhelmed.


Clear roles accelerate decision-making, reduce unnecessary conflict, and allow leaders to focus on strategic priorities. 


I founded REACH Leadership to support the deeply committed leaders in our schools and mission-driven organizations — helping them do their important work in ways that are clear, collaborative, and sustainable.
