For decades, I worked closely with many hundreds of individuals in educational and nonprofit settings. Across roles, institutions, and communities, I heard a familiar refrain: compassionate, collaborative, mission-driven individuals navigating friction, misalignment, and burnout.
Behind every story and experience were unclear roles and expecations. The consequences were slowed decision-making, compromised autonomy and accountability, and dissolved trust and engagement.
Our approach at REACH Leadership is both relational and rigorous, drawing on decades of experience supporting individuals and teams improve collaboration, decision-making and performance.
